Custom postage

I have tried most of the afternoon to get a postal price for a battleship I am trying to list.
I have sold this type of kit before, but I used custom price , took kit to post office got price job done, now it seems that is not possible & you have to use simple post.
The box is long & thin & not very heavy , there are no sizes I can see that I can use, all to short by about 20 Cm or the longest much to heavy. Any one can help me I've got a few like this to post any help will be most appreciated.

Then do freepost & add postage on to start price.

Mentor2 weeks agoThe custom option only shows up in some categories now. Try changing category or sub-category during the listing process. The alternative is to list with free postage, factor that cost into your item price and buy your own postage outside of eBay. There would still be a SD label but you can claim a refund for it. You can't change tracking number but you would be able to add the new number to a "not received" case if that were necessary. Payment may be held for 14 days.
