Custom Postage
I have a parcel 3.25Kg in weight and 71cm long - it exceeds the simple postage dimensions BUT I'm not offered any type of Custom Postage. Can anyone tell me how I get to tell the postage for this out of spec parcel?

Mentor6 months agoDuring the listing process put in the size and weight of item and click on the box under the heading Package Size. At the very bottom of the pop-up you should see Oversized. Select that then you will be able to buy your own postage (it will say SD is unavailable for this item).
It has to be done on a laptop or desktop rather than the app. If the option doesn't show up try changing sub-category or category.
