Can anyone show me how to set up a custom message for a customer when they check out.

Hi @contourblinds ,

Thank you for your post.

There isn't a way to customise messages when buyers check out. They get an automatic order confirmation email. You can check your account settings> selling> manage communication with buyers to see available options.

This is what I got. "Buyer checks out. "The order confirmation email thanks your buyer for their purchase and tells them where to go to find details about their purchase."

Can I bulk edit the following?

Item disclosures

Product manufacturer

Product documents

Product safety information

Yes that order confirmation email doesn't allow it to be customised.
