Custom Folders Not Working in Messages

Is the Messages feature on eBay broken at the moment?
- I cannot create custom folders in Messages.
- I cannot delete customer folders in Messages.
This is the case on my own personal account, and on another account that I have access to.
I'm aware only 5 custom folders are allowed, and I am nowhere near that limit. I only have 3 customer folders on my own personal account, and there are no custom folders on the other account I have access too.
I can only conclude that Messages must either be broken, or that the ability to create custom folders has been withdrawn as a feature.
Any suggestions from anyone on what might be wrong?
