I bought a washing machine from the official Currys Clearance site yesterday and have had confirmation that it will be dispatched in 2-5 working days. As I work I need to speak to them to ask if I can schedule the delivery for when I am in but after 3 messages to them in the last 24 hours I have had no response. I have called the number on the email and it rings out for ages then says you have dialled an incorrect number. The tracking info they have sent me doesn't recognise the order number either. Can anyone help me with how I can get in touch with someone? This is driving me insane! Thank you.
