Credit on account.
I have received a message from Ebay (actually on the site, inbox) to say I am in credit as of the 10/11/25 but if I do not take action before December 9th 2025, the credit balance will no longer show on your account. However, even after that date, if you contact us we will still issue you a refund in respect of your balance.
I have been on My ebay and it shows the balance with a negative suggesting that I am owed money, my addresses are all correct and I have a card registered to my account.
I am unable to do anything to claim or use the amount? Any help gratefully received.
