Creating an Listing
I am having an issue from last week when I create a listing. Initially my main photo is not showing in my ebay app although other people can view it. The following day some of the photos will show but about 50% will not. Tried uninstalling ebay app, clearing cache data etc. Has anyone and ideas as to how to solve this?

Mentor4 months agoSorry for late reply, just seen your question remained unanswered. Not sure but hopefully, below may explain the issue.
eBay are having current issues with outdated systems. Mac devices and Safari particularly affected.
They are advising to ensure the device and browser you are using is up to date, and the recent app update is installed.
There is also an issue with Safari, and apps forever glitchy, do need constant updates. If using the app, have you done this? Also, some found uninstalling and reinstalling the app has helped.
Or, if you can, switch a laptop / PC with Chrome, that seems to be the best combo with eBay.
