Created a listing with no postage options
Created a listing for a small pile of graphic novels. I thought I had selected to courier but I have somehow created a listing that says "contact seller for postsge options". This sounds grand but once the sale is over under the new ebay system you cannot send invoices "where eBay manages all or part of the postage". Buyer cannot pay, I cannot tell them what to pay so I cannot post without losing money. It was not listed as free P&P so I am at a loss what to do. I have tried going through all the automated options to try and find a person but to no avail. Can anyone assist.

Mentor6 months agoSelling so many NEW items, you should really be registered as a Business Seller then you manage your own postage.
Otherwise any extra cost of postage over what ebay charges should be added to price of item.
