Courier states collection refused twice
Have you experienced a courier stating collection refused repeatedly even though the item for collection was available and the seller was in.

Mentor10 months agoIt would help to know the carrier in this matter. We live in a semi rural area, and in some cases the couriers will not go up or down narrow lanes to collect and or deliver items, so yes I have heard of this but it doesnt happen often. Parcelforce are one of the worse at this tactic.

There have been reports here of couriers, DHL for example, not turning up to collect items .
The only advice there for the buyer to receive their item within dispatch time is to take the item to a Post Office use the postage offered there, and for the seller to update the new tracking manually.
Not ideal I know, but yes, it is happening to others.
