As heading states. Evri dropped my package in the garden at 9:30am. I contacted Evri at lunchtime from work to let them know I was at work & the package would likely be stolen due to leaving it on a busy High Street. Evri said thanks for letting them know & to contact the seller if I have further issues. I told the seller I had no item & what Evri had said. Seller stated not their problem I had to contact Evri again. I raised a case with eBay. EBay customer support closed case in Sellers favour no item to me. I asked eBay for a callback today. The agent said I should report theft to police & contact citizens advice to find out how I get some compensation. I cannot believe this is right after ive paid and got nothing. Is this just the way it rolls with eBay these days?
