Courier not collected item
Hi I sold an item and it was arranged for collection by DHL, I got a text to telling me collection would be on the 24 nov but they never arrived to collect it, I’m not sure what to do now, any advice would be appreciated thanks

OP10 months agoI couldn’t get through to a human to explain my situation so I decided to pay Royal Mail to do the job properly.
