Courier issues
Hi bit of a rookie on ebay i sold an item last week i paid for a label so it can be posted got everything ready for collection by ups but the courier never showed up on the allocated time slot i then contacted packlink who then rescheduled my delivery for another date once again the courier never showed on this date the buyer now wants a refund which is understandable just a bit confused on what to do next as i haven't received any money from ebay for this item granted its not delivered but its a courier issue also its still pending if i cancel the item and issue a refund then the money will deposit from my account and I'll be out of pocket as technically ebay still have the payment from the buyer and i never received this as of yet just after some advice on what to do
