courier has damaged item - who can help
Hi
Courier has damaged the item sent and it has arrived smashed.
Does buyer claim from courier as he had paid for postage?
Can Ebay step in?

Mentor1 month agoBuyer needs to open a case using damaged in transit as the reason. If you used simple delivery then ebay does the refund. The buyer cannot claim from the courier.
