Courier has admitted delivery to fraudulent address,it says ebay is responsible . WHAT CAN I DO
EVRI delivery photo shows an unknown rubbish bin storage unit. eBay says it system shows courier DELIVERED item so no refund.

Mentor5 months agoNot sure how you think this is Fraud, it is just carelessness on the part of Evri. If Evri admit loss, then you need to provide ebay with the admission.
If seller used Simple Delivery ebay are supposed to refund for Lost items, so if tracking shows as delivered ebay will accept that.
