Courier collection
What do I need to do , my listing was collection only due to weight, my buyer wants to arrange a courier himself and pay for it, what do I need to do please , how do I get an address label, how do I know he's received it etc

Mentor1 week ago · EditedOn desktop, you enter the 6 digit code via the "View order details" link which is on the right of the item on your orders/sold list. Or you can use the ebay app with the QR code.

Mentor1 week agoYou don't have to agree to that if you don't want to but if you do ask the buyer to give you the collection code before you release the item. They will have to trust you to send the item after that. If they don't want to give the code before they have the item you could try synchronising the handover of the code with the courier taking the item but that's going to be tricky.
The buyer protection on ebay will be void but in theory they could still make a claim with their payment provider.
