Counterfeit goods
I recently bought some feliway plugs that gave me problems so I contacted the company who after a bit of investigating it appears that I was sold counterfeit goods.
How go I go about getting refunded from eBay?

If you paid with a debit/credit card or Apple Pay you have 120 days to issue a not as described chargeback.
