Counterfeit goods

Hi,

I bought an audio mixing console last year described as a 'yamaha mg16xu' which has only seen infrequent use since then. While using it recently it I realised it was not functioning to the standard I would expect, and looking into the matter I have realised that the mixer is in fact a counterfeit.

Do I have any rights with regard to a refund given the length of time since the purchase? (June 2025)

You are too late to do anything through ebay, had 30 days. Even payment provider only allows 120 days. If UK business seller, contact https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/
