Counterfeit CD?
I sell CD's. Ebay has decided one of the CD's I have up for sale is a counterfeit. I've appealed but it's sticking to it's decision. Clearly it's not a counterfeit (it's a £4 CD!) but there doesn't seem to be an option anywhere to ask for evidence / reasons for the decision to be shared with me. I'll just delete the listing and realist, but would love to understand what's going on?

Mentor1 week agoIt's possible that the rights owner is a member of the Vero programme and have reported the listing. For some reason ebay uses the counterfeit in its message when they remove such a listing.
Do not relist, it could risk your account if repeatedly removed.

OP1 week agoWhat do you mean by 'the rights owner'? This would have been a CD on sale to the public, and there are lots of the same CD on sale on ebay
