couldnt get a refund as they said it was a pre order. And now it is long after 30 days that ebay AI will deal with

I ordered something in April, delivery expected 9-16 June, I have contacted the seller and they said it is a pre order, and I couldnt have a refund, I dont think they will ever send it now. And I cant get anywhere with ebay AI, as it is more than 30 days. Is there anything I can do.

Pre orders have to be sent within 40 days of paying. You should have opened not received case within 30 days of delivery date, escalated on day 4.Try your payment provider.
