Couldn't buy Simple (Simple? they're not kidding) label. Can't put tracking on a sold item.
Sold a Kenwood beater. (I don't sell often) anyhow I went to do the new fangled print a free label from Simple postage and it wouldn't let me because it said it didn't have my postcode. As far as I can see the full post code is there. Ebay only showed the first two letters and number then the second number but not the two letters that go after that. eg AB12 0.. SO ebay don't think the item has been posted, although it has been, cost me £6.90 this morning not the £3+ they suggest it will be. I keep saying I'll give up on here, as soon as I think I have it sorted, they change the way it works ............................................................................

Mentor5 months agoThere isn't a way to add the tracking number to the order so your payment may be held for 14 days.
You can claim a refund for the Simple Delivery label though as you opted to add free postage to your listing, which means that the label refund will come back to you, not the buyer.

OP5 months agoHi, took me a while to find my own question on here. LOL Thank you for the link, if it isn't too complicated I'll have a go. I tried to print the label originally but it said it didn't have my full postcode, and no way could I change that, my postcode was there but not shown on the listing. I have messaged the buyer and told her I sent it signed for first class so I know she will get it. Just no way to tell ebay so am going to take all my 'few' things off. I've already taken a couple off. It's not worth the hassle on this site now. Last few sales, one buyer got a free PS3 Console by saying it wasn't as described, when it was, and another buyer genuinely said the item was broken (by the couriers) so that was two sales which cost ME money. Anyway enough of my moaning, thanks, have a good day.
