Couldn’t bid on an item in the UK because it gives the error message that ‘it cannot be sent to the UK’
Tried to bid on a closing item but the app wouldn’t allow me, giving me the (5010) error message that the item “cannot be sent to United Kingdom” in spite of the the fact that the item listing specifically says ‘Posts to United Kingdom’. A bit disheartening as losing on an item you didn’t even get the chance to bid on feels unfair. Both on the side of the other buyers and the sellers.

A ticket is open with our tech team for this and its currently being worked on to resolve. While the ticket remains open some users have confirmed they are no longer getting the error message when trying to bid. Please refresh your page to try the bid again.

Mentor3 weeks agoThere was a site issue last night, and many were affected with this technical glitch, hopefully all fixed today.
Very frustrating for the many who were also bidding on a closing auction and could not complete!
