Correcting Violation

Question

I am trying to resolve a violation to my listing.

Message says details are emailed, but I have not received any email.

I click the resolve button and repeatedly told something has gone wrong.

How do I resolve to gey my listing active.

All sellers have to sign up for eBay's Managed Payments to be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales, see here:

You have to be registered to sell with a bank account added and verified by ebay. Without it you cannot be paid.
