Correcting a violation.. use of a link to manufacturer

Hello... I put a link to the manufacturer's specification in an entry and eBay rejected it as a violation.. I am trying to resolve it but the entry is greyed out and I cannot get in to edit it.. tried help but going round in circles.

Seems that my mistake was appealing the violation... they have rejected my appeal but have blocked editing the entry.

Abandon that locked listing and set up another (without the link, obviously)

End listing & relist using "sell similar".

You can't add links to external sites, ebay see this as possible off site deals.

Remove the link and it will be OK.

You may to use "sell similar" to relist.

There is no appeal.
