correct delivery address but wrong postcode!

Question

I’ve just noticed that my delivery address is correct but the postcode is wrong after item has been shipped. The item is now stuck at a depot 300 miles away. There’s no way to contact eBay to inform them of this. I don’t know what to do next!?

If the post code is wrong the delivery address is wrong. You need to check the addresses in your account and hope the item finds its way back to the seller who then refunds you.

There is no point informing ebay.

Hopefully it will be returned to sender and they will refund your money. You can then buy again after correcting your address. You can check all your addresses on here:
