Contacting seller about problems with the courier

Question

How do I contact the seller about the condition of the item. It has been dropped either their end or by the courier. Evri left it in an unsafe place on our doorstep which is right onto the street despite our being in for the delivery and also we have a notice in our front window saying please leave parcels with our neighbour. I’d like the seller to know this and take it up with Evri. Many thanks.

Start a return on here:https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041and select "Item damaged". If the seller used ebay's Simple Delivery system ebay will refund and the seller will keep the payment. You will not have to send the item back.
