Contacting/ connecting with Customer Services
Has anyone ever experienced the 'an agent with be with you in 9 minutes' ... which currently lasting 35? Just how hard is it to get answers from a human this company?

It says the current wait time is 14 minutes but that is always going to be an estimate as nobody can predict how long a call may take.
You can always ask your question in the forum - there are experienced human members here who would be happy to try and help.

Mentor11 months agoThe 2 times I contacted CS in 12 years, when access to my account was required, I did so very first thing in the morning when the lines for ' live agents ' open at 8 a.m. on weekdays, and my wait times were less than 2 minutes both times. Another reason contacting CS this early, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open for ' live agents' 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
Of course, you can always come back here ask your question should be answered quicker, many very experienced members here happy to help.
