Contacting buyers once the purchase has been completed
I am trying to contact two or three of my buyers because since posting their items I have found one or two missing parts (which I had fully disclosed were missing when I posted the items for sale. I would like to contact these buyers to gsee if they would like me to send them these "found" missing parts but I cannot find a way to find their contact details. Does anyone have any ideas how I go about this?

Mentor1 month agoFind the orders and click on the 'Contact buyer' link on them.

OP1 month agoI did try that but unfortunately the "contact buyer link is not highlighted so won't let me click on it

Mentor1 month agoThat's a bit odd, I can't think why that would be. The only workaround would be to contact them via the 'Contact member' link top right of their feedback profile page.
