Contacting a buyer
I recently purchased an item as a guest which has not arrived. Unfortunately I have deleted the email confirmation so have no way of contacting the seller. I have tried using the various methods to obtain teh order details but every time they send me a link the link doers not work. I am getting extremely frustrated as none of the options available to me do not work. The live link I was sent not currently working either. Any ideas at all?

Read this it should it should tell you what to do. You must realise that the seller does not know you and any sale is to the guest ID used by ebay.
