CONTACT with eBay is impossible
Not all problems can be solved with an A.I. list of questions. eBay members need to be able to contact a real live person in many cases. eBay seems to be using Evri as default couriers in the Simple Delivery program. EVRI DELIVERY IS A DISASTER. Today I again experienced an eBay interruption when writing of a problem -- eBay bot said that I seemed to be a bot! And then my half written question just disappeared. I fear that we are no longer able to contact eBay to achieve any meaningful result. Oh, and my delivery today via Evri is missing. "Left on patio."
