Mentor7 months agoTry using the contact link on one of their other current listings. If that doesn't work your account may be classed as a new one and have activity limits on it. Adding a credit card for verification should help. In your My eBay go to Account tab, towards top left > Payment information > Payments > click on Add Payment Option.
