Kupiłem program, który wymaga przeniesienia licencji. Transakcja obejmowała wysłanie numeru seryjnego, płyty i pudełka. Okazuje się, że to nie zadziała, ponieważ proces przeniesienia jest nieco inny. Sprzedawca musi zalogować się na stronie producenta i przenieść licencję, używając mojego adresu e-mail. Jak to możliwe, skoro nawet nie znają mojego adresu e-mail? eBay blokuje kontakt ze sprzedawcą.

OP8 months agoI purchased a program that requires a license transfer. The transaction involved sending the serial number, disc, and case. It turns out that won't work because the transfer process is slightly different. The seller has to log in to the manufacturer's website and transfer the license using my email address. How is that possible when they don't even know my email address? eBay is blocking contact with the seller.

If you paid by PayPal they might help you get a refund.
