Contact email for complaints?

Does anyone know the contact email to make a complaint about the customer service at eBay?

I have been going round in circles for months regarding an order refund. Each time I am told I already submitted a dispute and it was declined. The issue is that I want to make a complaint regarding the handling of the dispute, as the points I raised aren’t being listened to.

I then contact EBay regarding this and again receive a message saying my dispute was closed etc.

This has been going on for months and is absolutely exhausting always hitting a dead end and not being able to get questions answered.

After 30 days MBG case options, eBay won't get further involved --- seek advice from your Bank/Payment Card provider if still in time ?.
