I placed a order and was trying to cancel it but it showes as shipped but the seller still has it and accepts it wat to cancel but we can't. How do I contact ebay by email as im away and can't receive calls. Anyone able to help?

Seller could easily have refunded you.
1 day after estimated delivery date, open item not received case.
