Contact DHL to change a collection address
I sold an item and used simple delivery and as it was a larger type item DHL collection was arranged, however after printing off the label I noticed that the collection address was from my previous address over 300 miles away! I had previously changed my address on my account but I wasn't aware that I had to also change the collection address too. I have now changed this on my account but how to I rearrange this collection with DHL now as there doesn't seem any option to change this on eBay and the automated service is a complete waste of time?

Mentor11 months agoYou will probably have to cancel the transaction (with buyer's agreement) and relist for the buyer to buy again. eBay's postage is not flexible and you won't be able to change the details for the existing transaction.

OP11 months agoaddress with DHL direct with the tracking number? Or maybe attach the label
and drop off at my local depot?

Mentor11 months agoYou wont be able to drop it at local depot, it's a collection only service if you did drop it off it would be delivered back o you to arrange collection again, daft i know but this recently happened with another seller.
You can certainly try to change the collection address or even arrange another carrier as DHL are getting a reputation for not collecting when they say they will although you would lose the protection offered with simple delivery
