How do I contact customer support?
I sent a payout to an old close bank account ten days ago. I realised my mistake immediately and tried to contact eBay then. All the help I could get was an automated assistant that said to wait and the money would be reversed. This hasn’t happened. Why is there no option to talk to eBay anymore?

Mentor10 months agoIt was you who gave wrong details, ebay just carries out your instructions and while it should be returned to ebay it may take time, but it is really outside the control of ebay, once they have acted on YOUR instructions.
