Contact customer services Agent

Question

Customer Services Agent is impossible to speak too, options given do no apply, I waisted a whole day trying to speak to someone, I can't even report a problem as it asks for an item no which doesn't exist therefore I can't go any further. I am so furious and frustrated. Any help would be welcome
