Mentor4 months agoIt is unnecessary to speak to ebay, you do not say what the problem is but you can take any action needed to get refunds. Right hand side of every listing, Money back guarantee.

Mentor4 months agoIf you've paid for an order and it hasn't arrived, and it's now past the latest estimated delivery date showing on the order you can open an eBay item not received claim:
