Constant emails requesting payment.
Hi folks, i hope you can answer this for me as i cannot get to email a real person on ebay and gonna delete my account because of this. I am receiving emails requesting a £7.99 payment which i presume is for an item i was selling on ebay (which did not sell). When i try to pay this it comes up in ebay as -£7.99 in red and total zero. This means the pay this tab is greyed out so cannot pay it.

Mentor1 month agoAccess to your account is needed to make this payment, for this you need CS.
Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.

Mentor1 month ago · EditedAre you properly registered to sell. You have to have a bank account on file which is verified by ebay, and if doe properly, if no funds on ebay account, and amounts owing can be debited to bank.

OP1 month agoThanks for the reply John. I have had an account for years with ebay and have bought a multitude of items with my card which is registered no problems?
