Confused about sellers' fees

Question

Hi. I plan to list a pony cart with a Buy It Now price of £250. I know there are no listing fees for private sellers (me) but can't work out how much I will be charged if the cart sells for £250.

This is all I can find "You won't pay final value fees or regulatory operating fees when your items sell". Does this mean I won't owe eBay anything? Surely eBay should receive some kind of commission for allowing me to use their auction site?

If you don't add any extras when listing, there will be no listing or selling fees.
