Confirming delivery of two packages sent 'outside eBay'

Hi.

I've recently sold three items listed successfully. The buyer and I agreed for me to repackage them for postage into 2 lots. The three items had postage options associated with them (and collection) which the buyer will have selected.

I then repackaged them into 2 and dispatched them via Evri, marking the three listed items as 'dispatched'.

The buyer has now received them but I can't see any way for him or me to confirm receipt - and thus free up the cash in my account.

There must be a way, but I can't see how.

There is no way of confirming receipt. eBay only accept postal tracking. The payments for the untracked items will be held for 14 days.
