Compliance documents loop
As I sell some fidget toys I'm asked for compliance documents which is fine however submitting them and getting them checked appears to now be failing and getting stuck 'in review'
I'm never sent the 'We received your compliance documents' email it just sticks. Contacting eBay support I go around in circles and never provided another way to give the docs and even though I have emailed them to whatever agent I'm talking to they never appear able to pass them along.
I end just getting asked to submit the documents via another email and it just goes too 'In review' and repeat. Its incredibly frustrating. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I just give up?
The really annoying part is the testing documents contain nearly every fidget I sell so if they ask for another listing and hide that chances are I will again be in the same situation. I can't alter the documents either. Really feeling quite stuck and ebay support not really helping at all.
Getting to someone that understands or wants to near enough impossible.
