Mentor5 months agoYou can't do that. You will be paid, eventually.

Mentor5 months agoThe best way forward here is to cancel the order with the buyer's permission and relist it again with a collection only option. That way you will receive that very important collection code to scan which will facilitate a faster payout.
Explain the above to your buyer, that you will cancel the order citing Buyer Has requested to Cancel, this will fully refund them, ( and not affect your seller performance), and relist for them to buy and pay again.
