completely worthless money back guarantee
any one got any ideas why every item that doesn't arrive on ebay, is then not covered by money back guarantee when I raise a case, definately not in the list of excluded items?

Mentor10 months agoOnly digital items would be excluded for item not received.
If you claim within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery, and do not forget to escalate if the seller doesn't refund in the first 3 days, then only a tracking number showing delivery will lose you your case for a refund.
Are you perhaps opening the case too late, or forgetting to escalate ?
