Completely lost and confused
I have sent off a item using ebays label but its seemed to have gotten lost in transit is there anyway i can get my money back for my item and also have the buyer compensated aswell

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you used simple delivery then if the item gets lost ebay covers the refund and you keep the sale proceeds.
The buyer needs to open a case for item not received.
