Complete Savings is a dis count and cashback site that you sign up for with a 30 day free trial then you pay a monthly subscription, this is all explained on the signup page and in the T&C.
You have to contact them to cancel your subscriptiion , this is nothing to do with eBay

OP3 weeks agoOn checking my Bank statements i came across WLY Complete.
I contacted my Bank and they informed me of the company- Complete Save.
They tracked back this payment to 2019.
I have not received any cashback or discount from Complete Save.
My back also informed me that this missold membership has also happened to several other Bank Account holders
