Complaint against a buyer.
I sold a Catalytic Converter, I took 5 perfect photographs and specifically said that I took it off a Toyota Rav4 . The buyer complained to eBay saying that it was not a genuine Toyota Catalytic Converter whereas Toyota have confirmed that it was a Genuine one, plus the one I sent was not the one shown in the photos, which is rubbish as I said I too perfect photos. Why should eBay accept the buyers complaint as it is obviously fraudulent.

Not to eBay it isn't. That's the problem. eBay never even sees the item concerned and photos can be faked by either the seller or the buyer. Neither is eBay able to determine whether items are authentic.
This is why stranger to stranger transactions on eBay are so risky. eBay can't and doesn't even attempt to carry out any meaningful investigation. Their default policy is basically to find in favour of the buyer.
Sellers may be able to appeal, but as eBay doesn't take their own word for anything appeals seldom have much chance of success. (If it's any consolation, eBay won't even take buyers' word that photos used to prove delivery are not even of their own home!)
Usually all the seller can do is report the buyer for abuse of eBay's money back guarantee. If a number of sellers report them (we don't know how many) eBay block them from further use of the guarantee.

If you don't get the same item back that you sold, come back to the forum promptly for further advice.
