I recently bought oven last 3 days and now price dropped by more than £9 so if the dropped price not refunded I will return the item and may ordered again

Mentor10 months agoSurely though you have seen this happen in shops all the time.
You buy an item one day and infuriatingly it drops in price the next day, a few days later.
If the seller has a Returns Accepted on their listing you can send the item back for the reason ... ' change of mind' but you will have to pay for the return postage which for an oven I'd imagine would be far more than the low price of £9.
A seller can adjust the prices of their listed items either to be higher or lower at any time they wish, and they are not obliged to refund you any money for a reduction in cost after you have bought an item.
