Combining postage labels
Summary: joebut48 is trying to combine postage labels for two items sold to a buyer but is seeing them as separate orders in the Seller Hub. They received an email about combining shipments but cannot find an option to do so. john1297576 suggested checking the options by clicking on the three dots in the interface.
A buyer bought 2 items and I got this message on email , never seen one before…
“Xxx has paid for their 2 items now marked “Ready to post” in Seller Hub. Combined postage discounts are auto applied so be sure to group all items from jim1_47 into one package before you get your postage label.”
When I go to seller hub from that link I see the 2 items a separate orders* with separate labels - I cannot see / find any way to combine and just get one postage label. Any ideas?
