Combining postage for items sold
Hi I have a buyer that made an offer on two items I accepted and eBay offer but they had also won the the bid on 4 items so there is 6 items in total but they would like me to combine postage. I can’t seem to get on a chat with eBay has anyone had this experience before? Any ideas on how I can resolve this? Thanks in advance

Mentor6 months agoBest thing would be to cancel/refund the transactions with the buyer's agreement and relist with items on one listing and a single postage cost for the buyer to buy and pay again.
The alternative would be to just send them together anyway although some will be untracked so not particularly safe for you. You can mark dispatched by opening the unused labels (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code). They will remain unused and assuming the buyer paid for them they will be refunded automatically in 30 days.
