Combined postage not working
I've sold 3 items to the same buyer in separate sales. I've sent them all in one box with one prepaid label. That item has the tracking number auto assigned to it. Having followed instructions, I've issued a partial refund for the other two items. I've tried to add the tracking number to the other two items but computer says no.

Mentor2 weeks agoNot possible, as far as ebay are concerned, two items not posted and if buyer opens a not received case you would have to refund.
Suggested but long winded way round is to cancel all sales with buyers agreement, and then relist as a job lot, for buyer to buy again, then all are covered by one tracking number.

Fantastic so I am at the mercy of the buyer being a decent human being then. Great. Or I just send them another two empty boxes with the labels on.
